Make sure you have downloaded, completed, and saved all the forms for which you are paying.

If you are only paying for this donation, you only have to add this information to the comments when transfering the funds.
Tally up your amounts and do a secure electronic transfer through your bank. Send your funds to fcrscspecialty@shaw.ca

For every $5.00 you donate to our general fund you will receive one entry towards our free draw for 3 fabulous prizes. Tickets will not be available for general sale. The only way to participate in our draw is through donations. Donations will be accepted at the specialty up to the day of the draw.
