Save the file to your computer using the Save As
Fill out the form (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader). Your typed name on the form will be accepted as your signature. Once completed, click save
Send the document via e-mail to daeshaken@telus.net
Step 2 - Pay the Entry Fee.
a) Paypal - Come back to this page and add your event to the shopping cart and then checkout with peace of mind through Paypal where you can pay using your Paypal account or credit card. 3% will be added to cover partial paypal fees. This charge will show up as shipping and handling.
b) Interac E-Transfer - Tally up your amounts and do a secure electronic transfer through your bank. Send your funds to fcrscspecialty@shaw.ca
DON'T FORGET TO SEND A SEPARATE E-MAIL giving us your security word so we can access the transfer.

You can either just print off the entry form and complete by hand or you can complete the form on-line, save it, print it and mail with your payment. Each dog will require a separate entry form.
